Welcome to Soggy Pollards! This new and amazing five bedroom, three bathroom home has unobstructed views of Copano Bay from almost every room. The 250 foot private pier has overhead lighting as well as green lights so you can fish anytime you would like! There is a fish cleaning station, plus a bench and chairs at the end of the pier for your convenience. There is even an outdoor shower for rinsing sandy toes after a day of fun at the beach.
Inside your welcomed by serene seaside inspired decor and elegant furnishings. The home has a split level design. Upstairs you have open concept living, dining, and kitchen with room for everyone to gather and mingle. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a built in beer and wine fridge, and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook any meal. The gorgeous dining table has seating for six and there are also seven barstools that serve as extra seating at the huge breakfast bar. There is also seating for six on the balcony perfect for al fresco dining with a view. The living room has the most comfortable sofa, love seat, and arm chair surrounding a massive wall mounted TV. This is the spot for movie night or watching the big game! The master bedroom has a king bed, water views, and a fantastic walk in shower in the attached bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are upstairs as well. Both have king beds and share the second bathroom.
Downstairs are the fourth and fifth bedrooms, and the third bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a king bed and water views. The fifth bedroom is huge and features two queen beds, a twin over full bunkbed, and water views. There are TVs in all five bedrooms.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house did not disappoint! Plenty of space to spread out and yet be able to gather together. The dock at night is amazing! With the green lights, you can see all the fish, so peaceful and relaxing. We had bad weather one day we spent a lot of time on the top covered deck and also enjoyed playing shuffleboard. 10 out of 10. Can’t wait to return.

Summary: House was wonderful. Toilets a little low for handicap persons. Pier lights were poor due to hard to see once it got dark. Kerig coffee maker needs cleaning didn’t make a full cup coffee when cup was selected. Overall it was a good stay

No big fish were caught from the pier but the kids spent the entire time catching crabs and small fish.

Summary: We had an amzing time at the Soggy Pollards house. The pier is such a great bonus and we loved how it had the hand rail for you to hold onto and the chairs and wooden bench on the pier. We fished and saw dolphins and some big fish. The house is a great size and the kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor space was nice for cornhole and had a great breeze. Our host was very accommodating and answered quickly to my messages. We would definitely book Soggy Pollards again.

Summary: We took our family vacation and stayed at the Soggy Pollards this year. Everything was perfect. The fishing was amazing, the layout of the house was good for a big group, and the communication with Rockport Escapes was 10/10. Anytime I had a question we would get a response in less than 24 hours. I cannot wait to come back and stay here again. This has been our favorite house to stay at in Rockport!

Summary: Wonderful Bay House home. Didnt catch too may fish. But chilled and enjoyed games and great pier. We got to see a beautiful rainbow. The home is very comfortable and the Rockport Walmart and HEB were close. We went to Moon Doggies to eat. Soggy Pollards was a wonderful home for us.
